1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Deal Racing website, membership, and related communications (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Deal Racing ("Deal Racing," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, submitting the sign-up form, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when signing up and to keep that information up to date.

3. Membership and Accounts

Membership in Deal Racing is free. You are responsible for the accuracy of the contact details you provide and for all activity associated with your membership. We may suspend or terminate a membership that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently.

4. Deals, Offers, and Third-Party Merchants

Deal Racing is a deals and savings platform. We curate and distribute discounts and promotions offered by independent third-party merchants. Deal Racing does not sell products or services, does not process purchases or payments, and is not a party to any transaction between you and a merchant.

• Offers are subject to availability and may change, expire, or be withdrawn at any time.
• Pricing, discount percentages, and descriptions shown on this site are illustrative examples of the kinds of savings available to members.
• Each merchant sets its own terms, redemption rules, blackout dates, and refund policies.
• All questions or disputes about goods and services must be resolved with the merchant.

5. SMS Messaging Program Terms

If you check the applicable consent box and provide your mobile number, you may receive text messages from Deal Racing. Participation is entirely optional.

• Program description: recurring automated service updates, account notifications, and — where separately consented to — marketing communications and promotions.
• Message frequency: message frequency varies based on your activity and the offers available.
• Message and data rates: message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates and fees apply to all messages sent and received.
• Opt-out: you can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will receive no further texts from that program.
• Help: reply HELP to any message for more information, or contact us at info@dealracing.com.
• Consent is not required: consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any products or services, and it is not required to create a Deal Racing membership.
• Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
• Privacy: your mobile number will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Email Communications

Members receive deal emails as part of the Service. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting info@dealracing.com. We may still send essential account-related messages.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by scraping or reselling deal content, submitting false information, interfering with the operation of the site, attempting unauthorized access, or using the Service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

The Deal Racing name, logo, site design, and content are owned by Deal Racing or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Merchant names and marks belong to their respective owners.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any specific savings amount will be achieved or that any particular offer will remain available.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deal Racing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost savings, profits, or data, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or any merchant offer.

11. Changes to the Service and These Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your membership at any time by contacting info@dealracing.com. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
